Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

We accept returns on prints only within 30 days of delivery.

Original artwork is not eligible for returns.

Return Conditions

Your print must be in the same condition you received it.

Please re-package the print exactly as it arrived to minimize damage in transit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the collector.

A refund will be issued once hte print reaches our studio and passes inspection.

Damages or Wrong Item

Inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact sam@rashbafineart.com right away so we can make it right.

Exchanges

For a different item, please contact sam@rashbafineart.com and arrange a return for your item. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
